Bankruptcy is a legal process that allows individuals or businesses to eliminate or repay their debts under the protection of the court.
Discrimination refers to the unfair or unequal treatment of individuals or groups based on certain characteristics, such as race, gender, age, or disability.
Child custody refers to the legal rights and responsibilities of parents or guardians regarding the care, control, and upbringing of their children.
A will is a legal document that outlines a person’s wishes regarding the distribution of their assets and the guardianship of their minor children after their death.
